Refund Policy

Effective Date: AUGUST 2025

At Triveni Vivek | A Couple on a Health Mission, we are committed to delivering high-quality wellness content, coaching, and digital plans. However, due to the nature of our services, we follow a strict refund policy outlined below:

🔁 Digital Products (PDF Diet Plans, Downloads, etc.)

All purchases of digital products (such as  diet plans, e-books, or downloads) are non-refundable once the product has been delivered via email, WhatsApp, or direct link.

🔹 Reason: These are instantly accessible and cannot be “returned” once viewed or downloaded.

👥 1:1 Consultations / Coaching Sessions

Payments made for 1:1 coaching, consultations, or live programs are non-refundable once the session is booked and/or completed.

  • If you miss a scheduled session, rescheduling is allowed once with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.

  • No-shows or late cancellations are considered completed appointments.

 

📅 Group Challenges / Paid WhatsApp Programs

Enrollment fees for group challenges, transformation programs, or WhatsApp groups are non-refundable, even if you choose not to participate after joining.

  • This is to ensure fairness and commitment within the community.

  • We put in time, planning, and content delivery starting Day 1.

 

⚠️ Accidental/Duplicate Payments

If a customer is charged twice by mistake or completes a duplicate transaction, we will review and process a refund for the extra payment within 7 business days.

❗ Disputes or Claims

We request you to reach out to us directly before initiating any dispute through your payment gateway (Instamojo, Razorpay, etc.). We’re happy to assist and resolve concerns quickly.
