Cancellation Policy
Meeting Booking & Scheduling Policy Effective Date:2025 At Triveni Vivek | A Couple on a Health Mission, we value your time and ours. This policy outlines the process, timing, rescheduling, and cancellation rules for all coaching consultations, 1:1 sessions, and discovery calls. 📅 1. Booking a Session * All 1:1 sessions must be booked through: * Our website booking form * WhatsApp confirmation * Payment confirmation via Instamojo/Razorpay/UPI (for paid sessions) * Once your payment and details are received, we will confirm your appointment via WhatsApp within 24 hours. * All sessions are conducted online (Zoom, WhatsApp Video/Call, or Google Meet). ⏰ 2. Session Timings * Sessions are scheduled between \[Insert your preferred hours, e.g., 10 AM – 8 PM IST]**, Monday to Saturday. * Each session typically lasts\[e.g., 20–45 minutes], depending on the program. 🔁 3. No-Show / Late Cancellation Policy * If you fail to show up or cancel without 12 hours' notice: * The session is *considered used* * No refund or free reschedule will be offered (unless there's an emergency and it’s communicated in time) 💳 5.
